Add your name and property details. We'll confirm your lot size and access needs, then contact you when 2027 sod scheduling opens.
Prep & Installation
We remove your old lawn, grade and top-dress with fresh triple mix, lay premium Kentucky Bluegrass sod in a staggered pattern, roll, and water. Most jobs are done the same day.
Root Establishment
Water deeply twice daily. The sod is vulnerable — no foot traffic, no mowing. Roots are anchoring into the new soil beneath.
Transition Phase
Reduce watering to once daily. You'll see the sod begin to knit together. A gentle tug test will confirm rooting — lift resistance means it's anchoring well.
First Mow
Your sod is rooted and ready for its first cut. Set your mower no lower than 3 inches. After this, your lawn is on a normal schedule.
Walk-Ready & Thriving
Normal use, kids, and pets are welcome. Pair with our fertilization program for the best long-term results.
