Our lawn mowing service starts at $70 plus tax for small lots up to 2,000 square feet. Standard suburban homes in North York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Scarborough are $90 per visit. Large corner lots and estate properties are $115 per visit. No contracts, no commitments — just a single professional cut when you need it.
Every one-time visit includes precision mowing at the optimal 3-inch cutting height, string trimming around trees and garden beds, hard-edge trimming along driveways and walkways, and power blowing to leave all hard surfaces clean. We use commercial-grade equipment with freshly sharpened blades. Clippings are mulched (bagging is available at extra cost).
We use commercial-grade rotary mowers (Exmark/Toro) with blades sharpened every morning for clean, surgical cuts. We also carry professional string trimmers for precise edging and high-velocity blowers to clear all debris from your driveway, patio, and walkways.
We monitor the weather daily. If heavy rain prevents us from mowing (cutting wet grass damages the lawn), we automatically reschedule you for the next dry day—usually within 24 to 48 hours. You don't need to call us. Properties in North York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Scarborough are prioritized for rain rescheduling.
