The Prepay Window Is Closed — Here's What That Means
Every year, we open a short pre-season window that gives homeowners the chance to lock in discounted rates before crews start rolling. It's our way of rewarding early planners and helping us schedule the season more efficiently. For 2026, that window opened in early spring and closed on May 1st.
That window is now officially closed. Pre-season prepay is no longer available for the 2026 season.
This is a normal part of our seasonal calendar — not a cause for alarm. Prepay was always time-limited, and the regular-season schedule is now locked in and running. If you're a prepay customer, your rate is confirmed for the full season (May through October). Nothing changes on your end.
If you missed the prepay window, don't worry — we are still actively accepting new customers. Keep reading.
A Genuine Thank You to Our Prepay Customers
To everyone who booked early and trusted us with their lawn care before the season even started — thank you. Genuinely. Prepay customers take a leap of faith, and we don't take that lightly.
Your early commitment is what allows us to schedule crews efficiently, plan routes across North York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, and Toronto, and show up reliably on the same day every single week. You make this business run.
We're committed to earning your trust all season long — same crew, same standards, and the same professionalism every time we pull up to your curb.

The feeling every time we leave a driveway cleaner than we found it — that's what we're here for.
2027 Seasonal Mowing Waitlist
Seasonal mowing enrolment is closed for 2026. Join the 2027 waitlist to tell us your service interests and property details. A waitlist signup does not confirm a booking, price or start date.
We are not publishing seasonal mowing prices while enrolment is closed. Our team will confirm your property-specific service scope, availability and written quote before you agree to service. See the 2027 waitlist.
The next seasonal mowing programme is planned for 2027, subject to weather and route availability. Your written quote and service agreement will set the schedule, inclusions, cancellation rules and payment terms. Invoices are sent separately; there is no online payment step.
One-Time Mowing Quote Requests Are Open
Request a one-time lawn mowing quote for a single cut or an overgrown lawn. We confirm weather, property conditions, route availability and scope before agreeing to service. A quote request is not a confirmed booking.
Historical One-Time Pricing Examples — Not Current Quotes
Every one-time visit includes the full Trim Gym treatment: precision mowing, string trimming, hard-edge trimming along your driveway and walkways, and power blowing to clear every clipping off your hard surfaces. The same quality whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth.

The 2026 mowing season is fully underway — crews are running daily routes across the GTA.

For Prepay Customers: What Happens Next
If you prepaid for the 2026 season, your schedule is confirmed and your crew knows your property. Here's the simple version of how the season runs:
- Your first cut of the season will happen on your assigned day of the week — no action needed from you.
- You'll receive a text or email notification when your visit is completed.
- If we reschedule due to weather, we'll notify you and get you in within 24–48 hours.
- Add-on services (fertilization, aeration, fall cleanup) can be booked separately anytime.
- Questions? Call or text (647) 613-8133 — real people, fast responses.
Why Joining Mid-Season Is Still Worth It
Some homeowners assume that because they missed the early window, it's not worth starting now. That's not true. Ontario's growing season runs through October — there are still five full months of growth ahead. A lawn that gets professional care from May through October will look dramatically better (and be healthier going into winter) than one that only gets attention in the fall.
Consistent weekly mowing at the right height (we always cut at 3 inches) suppresses weeds, encourages deep root growth, and prevents the cycle of letting grass get too long and then scalping it to catch up. Every week matters.
If you want to learn more about how frequency affects your lawn's health, read our guide on weekly vs. biweekly mowing for GTA homeowners.
